​As the President of Genelco, John has more than three decades of experience with power control and distribution systems. He studied electrical engineering at Arizona State University, in addition to working 10 years for Russ Electric as a Field Engineer and Service Manager. John also spent three years as the Facilities Engineer of a 150,000 sq ft Data Center for American Express developing operation procedures, setting up maintenance plans and developing training programs for all critical systems.

John continues to serve the growing needs of clients with critical systems throughout the United States. His core values of thoroughness, accuracy and integrity have resulted in Genelco’s growing list of repeat clients. For most projects, John is available serving in a consultant role as a critical systems owner representative, often fulfilling the lead Commissioning Agent role himself, ensuring all mechanical and electrical systems are properly tested and commissioned.

For 16 years, Don worked for Gould Recording Systems as a Technical Support Specialist with his primary responsibility being multi-channel data acquisition and signal analysis systems for clients such as Boeing, Lockheed, General Dynamics, nuclear power plants and for use in the medical field. After leaving Gould, Don held a secret security clearance while working for Wyle Laboratories at the NASA/Langley Research Facility in Hampton Roads Virginia.

Upon moving to Phoenix in 1998, Don was a consultant for Allied Signal (Honeywell) before spending three years at Cemex as a Senior Network Analyst. Don brought his talents to Genelco in June 2003 managing the documentation and standards department.

Brad’s lifetime exposure to Chillers, Pumps, Cooling Towers, Heat Exchangers, AHUs, CRACs, RTUs, Adiabatic Units and Boilers in the HVAC industry has been a tremendous “value add” to Genelco and our clients. Historically he has served as Service Technician, Field Engineer, Project Manager and Operations Manager. His expertise spans both facility retro-fits and the new construction of Data Centers, hospitals, nuclear power generating stations, office, educational and food processing facilities.

Just prior to employment with Genelco, Brad spent 15 years engineering, installing and servicing Automated Logic, Building Management System products. As a Commissioning Agent for Genelco, Brad certainly possesses the skills and knowledge to satisfy client need of having their Data Center facilities perform to the maximum level of their designed efficiency.
